چکیده

Background: Our study aimed to measure effectiveness of Anti-S1 RBD (receptor binding domain) IgG Antibody levels against SARS (severe acute respiratory syndrome) Cov-2 in breast cancer patients and compare them with healthy participants.
Methods: This prospective cross-sectional, single-center was designed evaluate antibody following SARS-CoV-2 vaccination 54 56 controls without diagnosis.
Results: test positive 79.6% (43/54) patients, 92.9% (52/56) participants the control group (p=0.054) and, 63.3% who were on chemotherapy+/-molecularly targeted therapy at least two doses vaccinations. Hybrid (use different types vaccines) more than vaccinations associated higher titers both patient groups. Median time 123 days (8-427) entire significantly titer. Among type frequency vaccination, age use cytotoxic therapies magnitude response our study.
Conclusion: Breast developed a lower COVID-19 comparison subjects. Clinical treatment related factors might help tailoring future strategies for specific subsets patients.
